1. Who we are

This website is operated by Zervas and Zervas, LLC, doing business as HiFive Supply, located at 4710 Old Hickory Blvd, Old Hickory, TN 37138.

2. Business eligibility

HiFive Supply is a business-to-business wholesale service. Catalog access and ordering require an approved business account. Applicants may be asked to provide business licenses, resale certificates, and other commercial documentation.

3. Products and availability

Catalog information, pricing, case quantities, strengths, availability, and delivery estimates may change. An order request is not accepted until confirmed by HiFive Supply.

4. Account responsibility

The approved business is responsible for authorized use of its account, lawful resale, and compliance with all licensing and jurisdiction requirements that apply to its operations.

5. Payment, pickup, and delivery

Payment terms, pickup windows, delivery arrangements, freight terms, and applicable fees are confirmed before an order is finalized. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

6. Returns and claims

Returns are limited to manufacturer defects and certain compliance issues. Claims must be submitted within seven days after receipt and are evaluated individually under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Jurisdiction restrictions

HiFive Supply ships within Tennessee. Products will not be sold or shipped where prohibited. Customers are responsible for maintaining licenses and complying with all applicable resale, marketing, tax, and product restrictions.

8. Privacy and account security

Customers must safeguard account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Eligible account data requests may be submitted to HiFive Supply.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
