Order confirmation
Online submissions are wholesale order requests. Inventory, account pricing, territory eligibility, and fulfillment terms are confirmed by HiFive Supply before an order is finalized.
Processing time
Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.
Shipping and delivery
HiFive Supply ships within Tennessee. Shipping and delivery arrangements are determined on an order-by-order basis and are subject to terms negotiated among the interested parties. Available methods, timing, fees, minimums, carrier selection, and receiving requirements may vary by order and destination.
Warehouse pickup
Pickup availability and timing will be confirmed with the customer. Pickup orders must be collected by an authorized representative with the required order and receiving information.
Inspection
Customers should inspect orders when received. Damaged, incorrect, missing, defective, or compliance-related product claims must be reported within seven days after receipt.
